Thank you for joining us! We are bombarded with information every day and if we are not careful it is very is to get distracted. In Proverbs 4:23 King Solomon reminds us to guard our hearts, our thoughts, our choices because they are the wellspring of life. In other words, what we choose to focus our attention on will strongly impact the person we become.
